IDB Holland bv offers a complete line of Co-57 Flood Sources. These sources provide the certified uniform radiation field required for the gamma camera calibration procedures. Co-57 Flood Sources are available in both standard rectangular and round sizes as well as custom configurations and activity levels. IDB Holland Co-57 Flood Sources line provides you with a safe, convenient and reliable means of calibrating SPECT gamma cameras.
Each Co-57 Flood Source, standard or customized, contains a uniform distribution of Co-57 cast in a solid resin matrix which is sealed in a durable acrylic housing. Every source is then carefully measured for activity and analysed to ensure a homogeneous distribution with a standard deviation of less than 1%.
Rectangular Floodsources
IDB Holland offers rectangular Co-57 Flood Sources for single, dual and triple head camera systems. Some models provide an inactive boarder region for easier, safer handling and reduced extremity exposure. Some other models provide the same active dimensions respectively as the above models with reduced outer dimensions.
